  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature. If you are submitting the notice electronically, a typed signature will suffice.

Processing Your DMCA Notice
  1. Review and Investigation: Upon receiving your notice, TLA Realty will review the information provided. We may request additional information if necessary to properly investigate your claim.

We will notify the individual responsible for posting the material about the removal or disablement and provide them with your contact information for follow-up.
  3. Counter-Notification: The individual who posted the material may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. If a counter-notification is received, TLA Realty will provide you with a copy and inform you that the material will be reinstated within 10 business days unless you notify us that you have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.
