Processing Your DMCA Notice

  3. Counter-Notification: The individual who posted the material may submit a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. If a counter-notification is received, TLA Realty will provide you with a copy and inform you that the material will be reinstated within 10 business days unless you notify us that you have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.
